  • Since digital content is instantly accessible after payment, returns are treated differently from physical goods.

  • No downloadable material has been permanently downloaded or shared;

3. How to Request Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us with:

  • Reason for refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Your course access will be immediately revoked;

  • Account may be restricted from repurchasing trial courses;

  • Any certification linked to that enrollment will stand cancelled.

6. Duplicate / Failed Payments

  • In case of accidental double payment, full refund of extra amount will be provided after verification;

  • Failed transactions not credited to us must be resolved with the bank/payment gateway.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Refund cannot be claimed on grounds such as:

  • Not getting job/interview call;

  • Personal schedule issues;

8. Returns Policy

“Returns” of purchased courses are possible only in these scenarios:
